When you contact us about a service, you may provide your name, contact details, service address, service interests, property details, photographs, and a description of your concern. Share only information relevant to your inquiry.

We use information you provide to respond to your questions, confirm service availability and access, prepare estimates, arrange requested services, and maintain related service records.

Preparing a service request on this website

The current service-request tool lets you select a service and enter your city. These entries are handled in your browser. Clicking “Copy my request” places a prepared message on your clipboard. Clicking “Email my request” opens a prepared draft in your email application. Neither action sends the message, books a visit, or enrolls you in a plan. We receive your inquiry only if you send it to us.

The tool does not save those entries in a website customer database or in browser local storage. If you paste and send the message using another service, that service’s privacy practices also apply.

Website visits and technical information

Our hosting and network providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and request times. Provider handling of this information is governed by their own policies.

The current website has no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other advertising-tracking code added by Clean Duct Now. Fonts and images are served from the website. We will update this policy if we add tools that change how visitor information is collected or used.

Facebook and other external links

Links on this site may take you to Facebook or other third-party websites. Those services have their own privacy policies and may collect information when you visit or interact with them. A link is not an embedded Facebook tracking tool.

If you contact us through Facebook, Meta handles the platform interaction under its own policies, and we use the information you send to respond to your inquiry. Review Meta’s Privacy Policy for its platform practices.

Handling service information

Information needed for an inquiry or service may be available to the people handling that request and to service providers supporting our communications, scheduling, or records. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law.

Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry or service and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask about information you have shared and request a correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for service, transaction, or legal reasons.

You can browse the site without using the request-preparation tool. You choose whether to copy an inquiry, follow an external link, or contact our team. You can also manage your browser settings and the privacy settings of services you use to communicate with us.
